Chartered Professional Accountant David Levinson has lived and breathed accountancy for decades. He has been DA Levinson’s principal since 2010 and has built his business by looking forward, evolving his offering from bookkeeping to accountancy, tax, and consultancy.
“We go further for our clients,” he explains. “Many of the ones we started out with have continued to grow as we’ve added accounting, tax and business consultancy to our repertoire – technology is invaluable to us and it embodies our spirit of always moving ahead.”
David was born in Victoria and has raised his family here. He is active in sports and Volunteers with non profits in his community.

Rajvir completed her Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting Major program at Camosun College in 2015 and will be completing Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2019, aspiring to specialize in accounting and tax planning services.
I joined DA Levinson & Associates in 2010 and have over 8 years of experience working as an accounting professional. I try to consistently increase my knowledge to better serve my clients with accounting and tax matters.
I moved to Canada in 2007 to further my education after completing high school from Chandigarh, India. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting extended family in Vancouver! I speak fluently in Punjabi, English and Hindi.
Rowena Chen

Rowena obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Accounting from Camosun College. She assists in a wide range of services including personal and corporate taxes, financial statement compilations and consulting. Rowena was born and raised in Victoria and speaks fluent Cantonese as a second language. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as playing squash and is always looking for new hobbies.
